Our Chair, Rikki Garcia

Rikki is currently a consultant working with the non-profit sector to increase their share of public sector funding. Until recently the Chief Executive of Healthwatch Greenwich, Rikki brings 21 years experience of managing services in the public and voluntary sectors, including service user involvement, organisational transformation, performance improvement, business development and programme management.

Previously, Rikki has been Director of Commercial Services for vInspired, Head of Commissioning at the National Citizen Service Trust, responsible for designing and leading the 2014 commissioning round, and Head of Youth Service for the London Borough of Bromley. Rikki is a qualified youth worker and a Trustee for Friends of the Elderly.
