Preparing for adulthood and deciding the next step to take can be a daunting time for any young person, even more so if you have a learning disability or more complex needs.
The London Borough of Bexley Adult Social Care team offer a wide range of services and support available in Bexley to help and is inviting young people, their parents and carers to join any of the one hour virtual meetings in the coming months to find out more.

19 July 11.00am - 12.00 ; 20 July 10.30 - 11.30am ; 21 July 6pm - 7pm
