About this event
Health, care and voluntary organisations in Bexley, including London Borough of Bexley Council, Public Health, local NHS organisations, Bexley Voluntary Services Council (BVSC), Healthwatch Bexley, Bexley Cares, and the Greenwich and Bexley Hospice, are working together together to improve local services in Bexley and provide better care for Bexley residents. This partnership is known as the Bexley Local Care Partnership.
At the moment, we’re working to strengthen the partnership. Working with local people and communities is at the heart of this.
